Department of Postal Service
Postal service is an oldest means of communication easily available at affordable service charge to the people including the most backward segment of the population in the society due to its affordable service charge. Department of Information
It was established to coordinate effectively for dissemination of notices of the Government of Nepal to the general public. It keeps inventory of the publication of newspapers/magazines published in the country. Its main objective is to facilitate creation of an enabling environment for the basic right of information, press & publication as guaranteed by the Constitution of Nepal 2047. Department of Printing
Government of Nepal has its own Printing Press. It is primarily a Security Press of Government of Nepal, entrusted to print confidential documents such as: budget speech and yearly budget allocation books of Finance Ministry, annual reports of constitutoinal bodies of Government of Nepal, copies of S.L.C.
